"WANDERLAKES"
WANDERLAKES is a Pakistani music band which is gaining Pakistan's attention with their song "Jo Mila Hai Ghum".
ETYMOLOGY
The name WANDERLAKES is derived from the English word (Wanderer) which means "To travel from place to place, especially on foot, without a particular direction or purpose", the word Lakes means , (No Boundries for our music we will do every type of music. like the lakes or sea have no any end or boundries).
MUSIC
WANDERLAKES was formed back in June 2009 with initial line up of Syed Afzal Gilani, Yousuf Ahmed Qureshi.
WANDERLAKES first song is Jo Mila Hai Ghum. Our songs will be on every tongue of young blood of our nation or the senior music lovers. it has power to invade hearts and capture the souls, our music is food for us. and we are addicted to it and a day will come when u'ill be addicted too...
Currently WANDERLAKES is working on their 2nd Song titled as 'I'm Alone' which is expected to hit stores early 2013.
WANDERLAKES is working with HUM TV for the title song of the TeleFilm "MUJRIM" after its completiton WANDERLAKES will move toward the 2nd TeleFilm title song.
Surprisingly .. We got our first concert before our first Song..We Guess this is what you call opportunity or may be its just that when ALLAH blessess You..
Now by the grace of almighty ALLAH we have started our own music production. and we are working too hard on it. and InshAllah we shall overcome.
